VisaHub is operated in connection with licensed immigration advice services and is designed to support the preparation, management, and submission of visa applications, employer accreditation and job checks. 2. Information Collected Only information reasonably necessary for immigration and visa services is collected. VisaHub may collect: • Personal details such as name, date of birth, nationality, address, phone number, and email address • Passport and identity documents • Immigration history and visa information • Employment, education, and financial information • Family and relationship information • Health and character documents provided by the client • Uploaded supporting documents and photographs • Communications between clients and advisers 3. How Information Is Used Information is used for the following purposes: • Assessing immigration eligibility • Preparing and managing visa applications • Providing immigration advice and related services • Communicating with clients • Verifying identity and supporting documents • Meeting legal, regulatory, and professional obligations • Maintaining records required by the Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA) • Information will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes. 4. Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and login details. 5. Disclosure of Information Information may be disclosed with the clients consent. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. If information needs to be disclosed you will be informed by us before the information is shared. 6. Access and Correction Clients may request access to their personal information and may request corrections if information is inaccurate or incomplete. Requests can be made through the contact details provided by your adviser. 7. Retention of Information Records must be retained for 7 years to comply with Immigration Advisers Authority professional requirements. Information no longer required will be securely deleted or destroyed where practicable.
