VisaHub Terms and Conditions 1. Use of VisaHub VisaHub is provided for the purpose of collecting information and documents related to immigration purposes and visa applications. Users must provide information that is accurate, complete, and truthful. Users must not: • Upload false or misleading documents • Attempt to gain unauthorised access • Upload malicious software or harmful content • Use the platform for unlawful purposes 2. Professional Immigration Advice VisaHub itself is an administrative and document collection platform and does not independently provide immigration advice. Where immigration advice is provided, it will only be provided by a person authorised or licensed under New Zealand immigration adviser laws where required. 3. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for: • Providing genuine and complete information • Uploading requested documents on time • Reviewing applications before submission • Informing advisers of changes in circumstances Failure to provide correct information may negatively affect visa applications. 4. Data Security Reasonable security measures are used to protect user information. However, users acknowledge that internet-based services carry inherent security risks. 5. Third-Party Services VisaHub may use external systems or service providers for hosting, storage, communication, authentication, or document management. Some information may be processed or stored outside New Zealand where necessary for service delivery. 6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaHub and its operators are not liable for: • Immigration decisions made by authorities • Delays caused by third parties • User errors or incomplete information • System interruptions outside reasonable control • Loss caused by unauthorised access resulting from user negligence 7. Changes to These Terms These terms and the privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will apply once published on VisaHub. 8.
